How to access the platform
To access the platform, you will need your login credentials, which will be provided to you by your manager. Once you have your credentials, you can log in to the platform by following these steps:
- Go to the platform website. ( [companyname].mathreex.com )
- Enter your username and password in the login fields.
- Click the “Log In” button.
Once you log in, you will be prompted to change your password to one of your choice.
Click Save changes to save your new password and then click Continue.
You can also change your e-mail address or your other profile information. Click on your profile icon on the top right and select the Profile option.
In the page that appears click on Edit profile.
In the General tab you can change your First name, Last name and Email address.
Click on the User picture tab and drag and drop your preferred image in the New picture field to add a profile picture.
Click on the Additional names tab to add your First name, Last name, Middle name and Alternate name.
In the Interests tab you can add some of your interests as tags.
Click on the Optional tab to add some optional infoprmation such as ID number, Institution, Department, Phone, Mobile phone and Address.
In the Other fields tab you can add information such as Office Department, Position, Vessel, Vessel Department and Rank.
After you have edited your personal information click Update profile to save your changes.
