Create/Delete Users
How to Create, Delete, Suspend and Edit Users
- Navigate to your homepage (dashboard).
- In the right navigation menu, find the Management Tools block
- Click on Users and you will be redirected to the users page. Here you can create, delete, suspend or edit users. To delete a user, find a user and click on the
icon. To temporarily suspend a user click on the
icon and to edit a user click on the
icon.
- To create a user, click on the Add a new user button.
Username: Add a username for the new user.
Choose an authentication method: We recommend the Manual Accounts option as default.
New password: Set a password for the new user.
Force password change: If you enable this option, the new user will be prompted to change their password on their first login.
First name, Last name and E-mail address: Add the user’s First name, Last name and E-mail address.
Email visibility: Choose if you want the user’s email to be visible by other users.
City/town, Select a country, Timezone: Optional fields.
Preferred language: We recommend the English (en) otpion as default.
Description: Optional field for a text that will be displayed on user’s profile, visible by others to view.
When you are done, click on the Create user button and your new user will now appear on the list of users page.
